Hi, my name is Danielle.  I call the beautiful desert, Tucson, Arizona my home.  I have an extreme passion for running, triathlon, cooking and doing anything that makes you sweat.  I love to help others when it comes to reaching fitness goals.  I am always training for something new.  Follow my blog to see what I am training for next!

IMG_9077I was a collegiate athlete at Pima Community College and Texas A & M Corpus Christi.  Those four years were some of the most influential of my life. Running has taken me around the United States, paid for my college education and has taught me just how far hard work and dedication will take you in life.  Some of those lessons include learning that nothing comes easy and those willing to work will have all the desires of their hearts.  I have made some forever lasting friendships over hundreds and hundreds of miles with my teammates. These are the reasons why I am forever grateful for running.

Other than my obsession with health and wellness I am just like any other 26 year old.  Learning what I want to do in my life and traveling to as many places as I can.  I have a saying, “I believe in my light” which is my mantra for my life.  I am training to qualify for the Olympic trials and become a pro triathlete.  I will be sharing workouts, recipes and my crazy life stories like how I broke my jaw.

Thank you for checking out my blog and please feel free to ask questions!
